ACPDA’s immediate plan of
action includes the following:

Facilitating lake minded trusts,
foundations and developmental organizations to exchange ideas and
experiences and forging partnership with each other.

Developing cost effective and
economic approach for individual trusts and development organizations
based on their need and resource mobilization.

Building up management control system
in non-profit organizations.

Developing training modules in
different focus areas, both long term and short term, for voluntary
organizations in general and individual agency, on demand.

Organizing training programmes based
on the developed training modules on demand.

Applying findings of research and
evaluation studies as way of informing and developing policy and
programmes of voluntary organizations.

Developing guidebook, handbooks,
manuals, source books for voluntary workers.

Bringing out case studies and
evaluation studies of individual voluntary organizations on demand,
trusty and funding organization.

Assisting in bringing out annual
reports, brochures, literature, leaflets/ pamphlets etc., on individual
organizations on demand.

Helping in formulating programme
proposals of various kinds on demand.

Developing database of voluntary
organizations.

Providing comprehensive consultancy
service to individual voluntary organizations in the sphere of agency
management, programme development and resource mobilization on demand.
